Where are Labothécaire products made?
Our products are made in Europe & the United States. They are all manufactured and packaged according to the highest European standards. Labothécaire products are made from pure, safe and dermatologically approved ingredients.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes all our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal products or animal-derived ingredients. Labothécaire is an advocate of animal rights and that is why we do not test our products on animals.

Are Labothécaire products dermatologically tested and safe to use?
Yes, all of our products are dermatologically tested and safe. We do not use any ingredients that disrupt your hormones, neuro-disruptors or carcinogens. All of our products have been rigorously tested to ensure their safety. We do not use ingredients that are suspected to use allergic reactions. However, every skin is special, some people might be allergic to commonly used ingredients. That however, does not mean that the product is not safe. It just means that your skin might be sensitive to a particular ingredient.
Please note that some of our products may contain essential oils. We have clearly indicated that on our labels in case you are allergic to essential oils. Please make sure you read your label.
Are Labothécaire products safe for pregnant and breast-feeding mommies?
We would like to say Congratulations! & we wish you all the best with your pregnancy! Yes, our products are safe for you to use! They do not contain any chemicals that will harm you or the baby.
I have eczema / rosacea - are the products suitable for me?
If you do suffer from either, you may experience a slight tingling sensation after using some serums for the first time. However, please note it doesn’t contain any ingredients that might trigger eczema or rosacea – everyone is different and everyone’s skin reacts differently to certain skin care products. Therefore, it is best to check with your GP if you have any major concerns.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to KSA, MENA Region, USA & UK. If you do not find your country among the list, we still may be able to ship to you. Please contact us via email at email@example.com WhatsApp 00966555031750 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When should I expect my order to be delivered?
We use Express Delivery Service via our trusted local and international courier partners including Aramex, Fedex & DHL. All orders are TRACKED.
Please note that when we receive your order before 11am KSA time (8:00am GMT) your order will be processed at our fulfillment facility and picked up by our courier partner on the same day. If you are in KSA, you may receive your order within 4-6 business days. For orders in the GCC, MENA you should expect to receive your order within 5-8 business days. Lastly, for orders in the USA & UK, you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Which payment methods are accepted online?
Currently, we accept payment with Debit Cards (Mada), Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard), Apple Pay, Tabby Payment in installments and Cash on Delivery (For orders in KSA only). Please note that your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
What if I changed or canceled an order after I have placed it?

Can I return, exchange or get a refund for my order?
In accordance with global and local retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
