First, rinse Labothécaire's Face Marvel with warm water and gently sweep across your face to remover any makeup or facemarks. Second, rinse the Facial Konjac with warm water until it is soft as a pillow and then use it to cleanse your face in a circular motions. All of our products have been rigorously tested to ensure their safety. We do not use ingredients that are suspected to use allergic reactions. Important Shipping Policy: In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to a lack of response from you or an incorrect address or phone number, and the parcel is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again. This is necessary as we incur additional costs to reship your order. Please understand that you cannot cancel the order or refuse acceptance based on the requirement to pay the additional shipping fee.

When should I expect my order to be delivered?

We use Express Delivery Service through our trusted local and international courier partners, including Aramex, FedEx, and DHL. All orders are tracked.

If we receive your order before 11 AM KSA time (8:00 AM GMT), it will be processed and picked up by our courier partner the same day. For deliveries:

In KSA: Expect delivery within 4-6 business days.
