A 6 STEP SKIN COACHING SESSION
Your Skin Coaching begins with a Q&A discussion of your specific goals and concerns. Through a series of comprehensive questions, responses given provide insight into individual skin types, needs, and deficiencies.
Your discussion with your expert will help you identify your skin type and needs.
Your expert will provide you with nutritional advice as related to your skin. After all it is very important to know how to properly feed your skin to fight dryness, acne and/or aging?
Your expert will explain in detail how your skin’s pH level is important and relevant to your current skin concerns.
Let’s discuss your current skin care routine and figure out together if it might be connected somehow to your skin concerns and what can change to get that beautiful skin you’ve always wished for.
Your skin expert will help you identify your skin type, needs and the proper way to take care of it and suggest products to address your skin issues, concerns, and goals, along with product suggestions from Labothécaire Skincare to reach and maintain a healthy, glowing and beautiful skin.

My name is Fatmah and I will be your Skincare Caoch for this course. I am the founder and owner of Labothécaire Skincare which was established in 2018 when I was living in Paris.
For years I suffered from acne, and even after taking medication to treat my skin, I found it to be insufficient. I was determined to find a permenant solution. My skin was lifeless and dull. I decided to take matters into my own hands and learn more about my skin, in particular acne.
In my quest to find a solution, I studied the science of aromatherpay. For years, I treated my skin with proper nutritions and DIY formulations that I made from pure botanicals & essential oils.
To my surprise the market, although saturated with skincare products, did not offer effective skincare with clean ingredients and that is when I decided to establish my own company to take care of customers like me who are in need for ethically formulated & safe skincare that took care of their skin condition and maintained their safety overall health.
MY JOURNEY WITH MY SKIN
I have personally suffered from cystic acne for some years during university and the stress of exams has only worsened my condition. I ended up taking a course of Roaccutane which was really hard on my skin and overall health in addition to increasing my stress and mood swings.
I understand the emotional and psychological impact of having acne and a skin that is short of flawless.
Sometimes I think, if I knew then what I know now I would have probably been able to avoid medication and opt for a natural and more permanent course of action.
The good thing is, suffering from acne all of those year was the reason why I pushed myself to research & learn more about my skin, acne, causes of acne and eventually use this knowledge to benefit myself and others as well.

What are the requirements to be able to have a phone Skin Coaching Session?
You will need:
- A valid email address that you check often. This will be used for your course confirmation and all communications.
- Computer, tablet or cell phone with Zoom app installed.
- A reliable internet connection.
- A quite room during the time of the course.
What can I expect at the conclusion of the Skin Coaching Session?
At the end of your personalized coaching session, you will have received lifestyle, nutrition & product information and a personalized skincare plan for a beautiful and glowing skin.
How will you be able to discuss my skin concerns over the phone?
During the Skin Coaching Session our expert will have a deep discussion about your skin concerns, lifestyle, nutrition and more. It is this discussion that will drive our coaching session.
What if I am running late?
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. If you are not available at the time of your appointment when we contact you, it will be considered a "no-show" and your paid appointment fee of SAR300 cannot be refunded.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we do request a 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. We will always do our best to avoid charging for cancellations, but please keep in mind our service providers are by appointment only. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged for the appointment unless we are able to fill the appointment.
